Taking Thyroid Meds?

For anyone taking Synthroid or Armour or any medication…If you’re on meds, are those meds fixing WHY you need them? Medications are really meant for short term use. Many times you are put on meds to squash symptoms by forcing the body into a particular state but is it fixing WHY the problem is there? If your thyroid is hyper or hypo and you’re taking medication to fix that, it’s forcing your thyroid into a particular state without fixing why the thyroid wasn’t working properly to begin with. Your body is a perfect machine and this is true of any organ that is not working right. Medication is a Band-Aid but not a solution. Find out why the dysfunction is happening and fix that underlying source to get everybody working the way it is supposed to!
