Tracking Weekly Wins

This is the weekly#wins board I have up at my #wellnesscenter where all of my patients share their accomplishments and #healthgoals that they’ve met! It’s so #inspiring and I’m beyond #grateful to be a part of that journey.

What are you doing to keep track of your wins? It’s very important to sit down, reflect, and #trackyourprogress because as humans we tend to lose track of things and we don’t realize how much progress we’ve made we don’t take a moment to check in and say “hey that symptom is gone!” Once we stop feeling something, as much as you think you won’t, you tend to forget it because that’s how humans are built! I love seeing the look of surprise on one of my patients faces when we do a symptom review and they realize “hey that thing is gone!”

It’s so easy and such a habit to focus on what’s wrong and how bad things can be when you are dealing with any sort of chronic symptoms or illness.
